Payments that keep projects moving.
Get paid now. Keep projects moving.
Grid Pay helps commercial subcontractors access cash from eligible, approved receivables—so they can fund payroll, purchase materials, and take on more work without waiting for the traditional payment cycle.
Eligible approved receivable
$250,000
Up to 80% of the eligible net current payable, subject to review and approval.
The work is complete. The wait for payment shouldn’t slow down your business.
Commercial subcontractors often carry the cost of labor and materials for weeks before receiving payment. That delay can restrict cash flow, reduce bidding capacity, and make growth harder—even when the underlying business is healthy.
01
Payroll and material costs continue while payment is pending.
02
Available cash can limit the number and size of projects a subcontractor can pursue.
03
Traditional credit may not align with individual jobs and approved receivables.
A simpler path from approved work to working capital.
Step 1
Submit the job
The subcontractor provides Grid Pay with the job information and applicable payment documents.
Step 2
Verify the receivable
Grid Pay reviews the subcontractor, payor, job, and eligible approved receivable.
Step 3
Receive the advance
Once approved, the subcontractor can receive an advance of up to 80% of the eligible net current payable.
Step 4
Complete the payment
When the payor’s payment is received, Grid Pay recovers the advance and applicable fee, then sends the remaining amount to the subcontractor.

Fund the work in front of you
Help cover payroll, materials, and other immediate project costs.
Protect project capacity
Reduce the risk that pending payments prevent the subcontractor from bidding or mobilizing on additional work.
Job-level flexibility
Funding is evaluated around eligible jobs and receivables rather than presented as a general-purpose credit product.
Clear, aligned economics
Grid Pay’s fee is based on the amount advanced and the time the capital remains deployed.

Creating better payment infrastructure for construction.
Grid Pay is building a construction-payment platform that connects verified work, approved receivables, subcontractors, and project payors. The company begins by solving the subcontractor cash-flow gap, with a longer-term vision of making construction payments more connected, transparent, and efficient.
